We are hiring seasonal positions with the potential to move to full-time year round.

The positions are responsible for much of the day-to-day operation of our rapidly growing farm.   This includes maintenance, seeding, weeding, harvesting, packing, delivery, farmers market and events. This position is located in Council Bluffs, IA.

Long Walk Farm is a 16-acre farm, located in Southwest Iowa. We produce vegetables, herbs, flowers, horticulture greenhouse products, and value-added products. We farm around 2 acres at foot scale using a BCS walk behind tractor and will be farming an additional 5 acres this year at tractor scale.

We are seeking a positive, engaged, self-motivated team player with a passion for local food, the environment, agriculture, and sustainability. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right individual as long as you are willing to learn and collaborate.
